2. Regulatory Information

OrbitAlert provides software-as-a-service tools for satellite pass prediction and webhook notification delivery. The service does not operate radio equipment or ground stations, and does not hold telecommunications licences. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining any ground-station, radio or export licences applicable to their own operations.

The processing of personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and is supervised by the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA / ΑΠΔΠΧ):

OrbitAlert makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information presented. Orbital pass predictions are derived from publicly available Two-Line Element (TLE) data and are provided for informational purposes only; they do not constitute safety-of-life data and must not be relied upon for mission- critical decisions without independent verification.

This Legal Notice and all matters relating to the operation of orbitalert.net are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic. The courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with this notice.
